Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy and are granted at the sole discretion of 852Atelier. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria or involve completed, customized, or third-party work. Approved refunds will be processed according to the stated timelines, but 852Atelier is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

852Atelier aims to ensure client satisfaction with all design services. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to review and approval. Refunds apply only to unused services or deliverables that have not been finalized or published. Customized work, third-party costs, and completed projects are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within the stated return window (30 days from delivery) in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale, as well as items damaged through misuse or alteration, are not eligible for refunds. All requests must be submitted through our official return process and approved before processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and company discretion.
